*Peninsula Township has commissioned EPIC ▪ MRA - an independent Lansing-based survey research firm - to conduct a survey of residents to gather opinion on a variety of questions, issues, and proposals under discussion in the township.

A postcard invitation to participate in this survey was mailed to all residences, and includes a unique 4-digit Pass Code that is required in order to participate.

EPIC ▪ MRA will analyze all of the surveys to assure respondent confidentiality. The results of the survey will be reported by EPIC ▪ MRA only by groupings of responses - such as responses by age and gender - but no responses will be reported in a manner that could be attributed to any individual respondent.

Because this survey was designed so that individuals who participate in the survey cannot be identified (i.e., no names or email addresses are required to participate), it is respectfully requested that you complete one, and only one, survey per adult resident in the household. Each adult resident living in your household may use the same Pass Code to complete the survey.
