We asked this same set of questions back in August. We'd like to see if attitudes have changed. We're looking for a general idea about how Sutter-Yuba-Colusa county residents feel about a few issues connected to the COVID-19 pandemic. The whole thing should take just a few minutes. Thanks for participating.

5.What about testing for coronavirus?

Have been tested.

Have not yet been tested.

Want to be tested, but don't know what to do.

Am scared of getting tested.

Would be a waste of time.

6.What about face masks?

I wear one all the time.

I wear one when I'm around other people.

I would wear them, but forget/don't have one.

Don't generally wear one -- no good reason.

Don't wear a mask because it's silly.

Don't wear a mask because of breathing problems.

Don't wear a mask because it is my right not to.

7.Has the pandemic affected your housing situation?

No, no effect.

Yes, I am unable to keep up with rent/mortgage.

Yes, I can't afford rent/mortgage, but have worked things out with the landlord/bank.

Yes, I have been/am going to be evicted.

8.Do you have school-aged children living at home?

Yes

9.How should schools react?

They should stay closed to in-class instruction.

They should open up in-class instruction.

They should do a hybrid of in-class and online instruction.

10.How about a vaccine? When it's available to the general public:

I will get a vaccine as soon as possible.

I will wait awhile to get a vaccine, but will eventually if others who have had it are OK, etc.

I won't take the vaccine for a long time because I think it was rushed.

I don't believe in vaccines.
