Our church has opportunities for people to get involved in long term ways (ex. serving on a ministry group for a term, chairing a MG); and/or short-term projects, events (ex, setting up/cleaning up for communion, hosting a coffee hour, putting out choir risers, etc.). Below you’ll find a short description of each of the ministry groups. Please review and then follow the instructions to fill out the table.

Faith Formation

Child Faith Formation (Church School, Special Events)

Youth Faith Formation (Youth Group, Confirmation, Mission Trips, Special Events)

Adult Faith Formation (Bible/Book Studies, Small Groups, Special Events)

Finance & Administration

Perform all financial functions of the church; manage information technology used by church; perform internal/external communications; history; library

Facilities & Grounds

Care and maintain buildings, grounds, Columbarium; manage leases, budget, establish guidelines for use of facilities, insurance coverage

Caring

Care for members/non-members; coordinate social events/fellowship; pastoral care

Membership

Promote a welcoming culture; orientation of prospective members; assist new members to integrate into the church family; keep all members engaged

Worship

Worship coordination/support; laity engagement in worship; support worship music program

Outreach

Evaluate, select, execute outreach programs; engage church community in outreach programs
