Landmark Planning & Design Inc., on behalf of Terracon Development Ltd. and now also Waterside Development Corp., have been leading the planning and engagement processes for a new neighbourhood in Île-des-Chênes called Oak River Meadow since 2022. The first phase of Oak River Meadow was approved by RM Council in 2022, and is now under construction.

In order to coordinate service delivery and ensure planned and orderly development occurs, land use planning has been taking place for the second phase of this neighbourhood, which includes the remainder of the land south to the Seine River Diversion.
