About the Online Consumer Panels
Online Consumer Panelists provide valuable feedback about living with arthritis to help shape Arthritis Society Canada’s education resources.

To join, volunteers must be 18+, live in Canada, and have arthritis. Participation is fully virtual and includes completing surveys, responding to emails, and occasionally joining focus groups.

If selected, applicants will go through an onboarding process with our Volunteer Coordinator. While we appreciate all applications, only those selected will be contacted.
Applying
The application includes demographic questions to help ensure diverse representation of lived experience and perspectives in the panels. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*); all others are optional.

Please review the Role Description before completing your application.

You will also be asked to review and acknowledge a confidentiality agreement, volunteer waiver, and media release. For any questions, contact volunteer@arthritis.ca.
