The Sustainable Food Places Award is a national scheme that recognises and celebrates the success of places taking a joined up, holistic approach to food. It celebrates places that are achieving significant positive change on a range of key food issues – from tackling food poverty, through to supporting farmer transitions, growing local food economies and increasing access to healthy food.

North Lancashire has already received a silver award for the amazing work going on across our District. As there is momentum and so much good food work going on, FoodFutures is asking:
Should North Lancashire go for Gold?

Question Title

* 1. Should North Lancashire work towards a Gold Sustainable Food Places Award?

Question Title

* 2. If you voted 'yes', what do you pledge to do as an individual, business or organisation, to help make it happen?

Thank you for sharing your thoughts.

FoodFutures will share the results of the 'Should we go for Gold?’ poll at the 20 April 2024 North Lancashire Silver Award celebration, and during the following Spring Into Action week of events. For more details, and to get involved visit: foodfutures.org.uk/whats_on/
