One of the following registration fees must be paid in order to attend any sessions or meal function(s). THIS INCLUDES VIRTUAL PARTICIPANTS. If you have a child in the 5th grade or below, you do not need to pay a registration fee for them.

VOTING / NON-VOTING PARTICIPANT
Each member congregation shall have 4 lay voting representatives from among its participating members. One additional voting representative is further authorized for each 100 members over the first 100 to a maximum of 10 voting representative
Ordained and licensed Disciples ministers who have standing in the Northeastern Region and all who are members of the Regional Board at the time of the Regional Assembly have the privilege of vote.

All other members of the Northeastern Region are invited to participate fully in the sessions and discussions of the Regional Assembly without vote.

NORTHEASTERN REGION UNITED CHOIR
The music for this Regional Assembly will include one united choir from across the region. All who desire to sing are invited to the “one united rehearsal” on Friday night, October 16 at 7 p.m. The choir will sing on Saturday, October 17. Music will be sent to the congregation you name on your registration form by September 30. Please plan on joining this one united voice choir.

Due to many registrants arriving by train, a hotel in Times Square is the most convenient location to stay. Van transportation to the events at Stuyvesant Heights (Disciples of Christ) Church, will be provided. The van shuttle will pick up and drop off at the Doubletree by Hilton New York Times Square South 525 8th Ave., New York, NY, 10018.
