Welcome to Monroe's Plan of Conservation and Development Survey
The purpose of this survey is to collect information that will assist the Town with its update to the Plan of Conservation and Development (POCD).
The Town’s POCD will identify a long-term vision, goals, strategies and action steps. The plan covers areas such as economic development, housing, transportation, infrastructure, open space, environment, and Town services (POCD’s do not typically include recommendations specific to school or public safety operations).
The Town's Planning and Zoning Commission would like your thoughts on how Monroe should manage growth and change. This is an opportunity for everyone in the community to revisit the overall vision for the Town laid out in its prior plan and to decide what needs to be done to guide change for the coming decade.
The survey should only take about ten minutes to complete.
