We take great pride in the cheese makers across the state, producing a wide variety of world class artisan products.  Being able to describe the value of the industry in total sales, pounds, employees and acres, and compare to previous years, provides a strong platform to understand challenges and opportunities ahead, as well as identify resources as needed.
