What is this survey about?
The Loddon Shire Council is seeking community contribution to its fourth Community Access and Inclusion Plan. The survey will be anonymous and has been developed to find out community views on how accessible and inclusive the Loddon Shire community is, and also identify ways it can improve the overall quality of life of people in the local community and ensure that services and facilities provided by the Loddon Shire are accessible and equitable.

This survey is your chance to let Council know what you think are the key access and inclusion barriers people experience in the Loddon Shire community.

How will the survey be used?
The results of this survey will inform the development of the Loddon Shire Council’s Community Access and Inclusion Plan 2016 – 2021 (the Plan). The Plan will be finalised in mid-2016.
