The Town of Liberty has partnered with HWC Engineering to prepare a Downtown Revitalization Plan. This community-led effort will establish a long-term vision for downtown Liberty over the next 10+ years, helping guide future development, local decision-making, and grant funding opportunities.

The study area for this planning effort is focused on the downtown specifically. The study area is bounded by Campbell Street to the north, Vine Street to the south, the railroad tracks to the west, and Fairgrounds Street to the east.
