2021 Adult Softball Survey

Lebanon Recreation would like your feedback in regards to the 2021 Adult Softball program and the challenges faced with the COVID-19 pandemic.

We value your input as we consider offering Adult Softball. Please know that we are committed to following guidelines put forth by government and health officials. Other external factors may impact our ability to hold this program.
