KEY DATES
Tuesday, April 9, 2019: Deadline to apply
Tuesday, April 9, 2019: Selected participants notified
Wednesday, April 10, 2019*: Selected participants attend a mandatory practice session
Wednesday, April 24 - Thursday, April 25, 2019: LSINW
*All Fast Pitch presenters will participate in a mandatory coaching session on Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at Fenwick & West's Seattle office.

*The coaching session is optional for poster presenters.
Poster Presentation Fees:
- Student Groups: $175 - includes 2 full conference registrations
- Companies: $275 - includes 2 full conference registrations
Podium Presentation Fees:
- Emerging Company (Year 1 or 2): $450 member | $675-non-member
- Institution/Non-Profit: $650 member | $900-non-member
- Private Company: $950 member | $1450 non-member
- Publicly Traded Company: $1500 member | $1750 non-member
