Sunbury Young People and Allergies/Anaphylaxis Survey

Earlier this year one of the participants in the Kid x Plus program spoke to community leaders in Sunbury, advocating for a support group for young people who experience allergies and/or anaphylaxis.

This short survey has been designed for young people (15 - 21 years of age) to find out what their needs might be and if they would be interested in accessing a support group.


1.What are some of the issues you face as a young person with allergies and anaphylaxis?  (For example anxiety, trouble eating out, difficulties making friends)
2.What are some of the things you need help with in regards to your allergy?
3.Would you be interested in connecting with some other people in the area who have allergies and anaphylaxis?(Required.)
