You have received this survey because you either registered your pre-school, school, kura or tertiary institute for Mental Health Awareness Week in 2019 or ordered our free resources.
The Mental Health Foundation team would appreciate it if you could complete this short survey, even if you did not participate in the week this year. This should only take 10 minutes. Your responses will be aggregated and will be used for evaluation purposes and to inform decisions regarding next year's campaign.
