Statesville’s 2045 Land Development Plan will provide a vision for the City. The plan will guide future growth, design of new development, and public investments. The new 2045 Land Development Plan will be tailored for the City’s long-term opportunities and regional economic and market trends. This survey will help inform the Land Development Team by highlighting what residents like and dislike about the community and what they envision for the future. Community support will be the foundation for policy direction. This survey will be available from September 15- October 6, 2020.
