The Board of Education welcomes your input as we begin our search for a new Superintendent for Kildeer Countryside Community Consolidated School District 96. We will use the information we gather from focus groups, open forums, and this survey to create a profile of our next leader.

All responses are anonymous and confidential. A complete report summarizing all community engagement results will be published on the District website after October 19, 2021.

We request that each person respond only once to this survey. The survey is designed to allow only one response per device. The survey will be available September 13 – October 8, 2021.
