Leadership Coaching Inquiry Form

Jewish LearningWorks is pleased to offer professional coaching for organizational leaders. Our coaching package includes ten, fifty-minute sessions per year, at the subsidized rate of $1,500.00.

To begin the process of being matched with a professional leadership coach, please complete this form. Once we have received it, we will be in touch with you to make an introduction to potential coaches. Generally, we suggest meeting two coaches, in order to choose one you feel comfortable with. If the fee represents a financial hardship for your organization, please complete the form, and then be in touch with dana@jewishlearning.works, to discuss a fee reduction.
