Shifts are 30-35 hours per week within our opening Hours: Mon to Fri 9am - 7pm (6pm for Service) Saturday 9am - 2pm. (Sunday 10am -2pm for Sales). Once trained, you are able to manage your own hours
Sterling Insurance probation period lasts 6 months and you will be provided with feedback on how you are progressing.

Benefits
• Basic Salary packages for the first 12 months starting at £23,500 depending on experience - opportunities for paid overtime once trained.
• Staff are assessed and graded after 12 months and are given a salary according to their grade. With hard work and dedication to the role it is possible to achieve our higher grade where you can earn over £29,000 per annum depending on what department your role is in.
• Holiday Entitlement standard 25 days + bank holidays
• Performance Related Bonus – Up to £250 each Month.
