Kippa-Ring State School is currently investigating the viability of an Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) service for the convenience of families. This service would operate on school grounds before and after school, as well as on pupil free days and during school holiday periods. As part of the service, children attending are provided with breakfast, morning and afternoon tea.
In order to gain a clear picture of the needs of our families, we seek as much feedback as possible. It would be greatly appreciated if you could take just a few minutes to complete this survey and assist us in our decision making process.
A hard copy version of the survey can be collected from the Office if you would prefer to provide your feedback in written form. Please complete the online survey or return the written survey to the Office by Friday 27 May 2016. We will share the outcome of our findings with the community in Term 2.
