Maddie’s Fund is interested in learning more about the methods being used by shelters and rescue organizations to place pets in foster homes with existing foster caregivers.

If your organization doesn’t have a foster program, we really appreciate the work you do, but are unable to use your responses for this survey. If your organization qualifies, we’re hoping the person who manages foster care will respond to this survey. We are looking for one respondent per organization. This survey will take less than 15 minutes to complete. Responses will be confidential and will only be analyzed as a whole.
