For this award, the Awards Committee strongly encourages supporting evidence from someone in the nominee's school community (colleague, principal, parents), in addition to the supporting statements of the nominator, of the impacts of the nominee's innovative teaching. We also welcome any additional supporting materials and the CV of the nominee.
