Hereford Business Survey 2019
About this survey
Over the past four years, businesses in Hereford have been part of a Business Improvement District (BID) and the first term of the BID is now drawing to a close. Working together gives business a voice and allows projects to be delivered to support the trading environment. If you believe that Hereford has benefitted from businesses working together and want to retain the advantages which come from this, a ballot will be required to create a new mandate for the next five years. We need therefore to understand whether you feel that the BID meets your needs at the moment and what it would need to do to support business effectively in the next five years. This survey will help us to do that, so we would be grateful if you would take the time to complete it. The survey will be open online until 15/04/2019 at https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/HerefordBusinessSurvey or you can complete on paper and return to us at Hereford BID, Town Hall, St. Owen Street, Hereford HR1 2PJ.
All individual answers will be treated in strict confidence and will not be shared individually with anyone else. The results will be collated and analysed to provide information to help decide whether to seek a new BID mandate and if so to develop a new business plan.
