We are reaching out to families in Henry County to gather feedback on your needs for child care and how you can best be supported. Please complete this survey to share your feedback!
Henry County is collaborating with Transform Consulting Group (TCG) to help identify the needs of early and school-age care. This collaboration aims to create a proposal to apply for the GIFT VIII grant funds from the Lilly Endowment. Visit the website to read more about GIFT VIII. The feedback you provide on this survey will be used beyond the grant funding to continue supporting families and their children in the community.
Your responses will remain anonymous, and the data from this survey will only be shared at a summarized level. The survey should take about 10-15 minutes to complete. You can skip questions you don’t feel are relevant based on your child care situation. Please complete this by Thursday, February 15, 2024.
