Welcome to the short version of the HPCI Annual Survey.
HPCI is the parent carer forum for Hertfordshire. We work to make sure that local health, education and social care service providers know what children and young people with SEND need.
This survey is one way we gather information to use in our work. We ask Hertfordshire parents and carers who have children or young people with SEND (age 0 – 25 years) to take part.
