Welcome to HAP's Farm to Table Community Supported Agriculture!

Welcome to a season of fresh, nutritious locally grown produce and freshly arranged mixed flower bouquets!

HAP works with Hmong, Karen, Bhutanese and other immigrant and refugee farmers to provide fresh vegetables and flowers weekly—at their peak for freshness. Local produce and flowers are grown in eco-friendly and sustainable environments. And best of all, your membership supports farmers to  grow their farm businesses, creating economic prosperity and health in your own community.

The 2019 Membership is a 14-week Farm Share of a variety of vegetables and flowers starting July 24 through October 21, 2019.

Membership Benefits include:
- Weekly delivery of vegetables and/or flowers for pick up at a HAP location.
- Weekly newsletter with recipes, information about farmers, and more.
- Farm visits and tours, by appointment.

Cancellations & Refunds: There are no refunds or cancellations once the CSA deliveries start on July 24, 2019. If you have to cancel, we will donate your weekly deliveries to our HAP clients. We don't like to see our local foods and fresh flowers wasted. We also want to make sure that the program is of value to both the farmer and the CSA Shareholder. We work closely with all of our farmers to ensure the products are acceptable and fresh. If any time you are not satisfied with the process or the products, you can contact us at HAP.

If you have any questions, please connect with Tou Xiong, Farm Coordinator at toux@hmong.org or at 651-495-1504.

Thanks for supporting your local farmers and the local economy!
