Lonza Capsugel®, a global leader in health and wellness solutions, in partnership with Nutrition Business Advisors, announces the launch of its invite-only external Innovation Day event, set to take place on October 27, 2025, at SupplySide Global. The event will provide a unique platform for emerging and established companies to showcase groundbreaking innovations to Lonza Capsugel®’s executive team. As part of this initiative, up to 12 companies will be selected to participate in exclusive, confidential presentations with the company. Each selected company will be paired with a dedicated mentor to refine and prepare their pitch. After the event, Lonza Capsugel® may explore a range of collaborations with selected companies, including collaborations, co-development opportunities, commercialization pathways (e.g., licensing), or strategic investments.
Targeted Areas of Innovation
Lonza Capsugel® invites applications that align with three selected areas shaping the future of nutrition and health:
1. Innovative Oral Delivery Formats for Nutraceuticals
2. New Formulation Technologies Applicable in Nutra Hard Capsules and other Oral Delivery Formats
3. GLP-1 Related Health Ingredients, including solutions for side effect management and treatment continuity
Application Details
There are no application fees. Once applications are reviewed and accepted, selected companies will be invited to present at the Lonza Innovation Day. Accepted companies also do not pay a fee.
Selected companies will have the opportunity to:
• Present to Lonza executives, innovative scientific leaders, and decision-makers.
• Engage in direct Q&A with decision-makers from multiple divisions.
• Be considered for partnerships, investment licensing, co-development, or commercialization.
• Gain feedback and visibility with one of the most trusted names in health and nutrition.
Selected companies will need to provide:
• 2-4 page company summary
• 10 minute presentation deck
