National AIDS Trust is exploring how well people living with HIV understand their rights and what experiences they may have had when things go wrong.
There are no wrong answers to these questions – it's not a test! We just want to hear your thoughts and experiences.
All individual answers and responses will be kept confidential and you don’t need to give personal details unless you want to. We may include some information from free text answers in the research report as anonymised quotes.
As a thank you for taking part, three participants will be randomly selected to receive a £75 Amazon voucher for completing the survey. To be included in this draw, you will need to put your email address or phone number at the end of the survey.
The survey should take around 15 minutes and every response is valuable.
