This survey is to find out about the lived experience of LGBTIQ people living in the Echuca/Moama area. We are asking people over the age of 16 to complete this survey.

Any private information that you provide remains confidential. We are planning to write a report which will be used to advocate for service and social support groups. Any information given in the report does not link to your name and is de-identified.
