* 1. The grade advancement component will measure students who returned to public school and improved their grade level following their attendance in a DJJ education program, or students who earned a standard high school diploma or equivalent in the cohort year or the subsequent year. Do you agree with the proposed language, or do you have an alternative proposal?

The WIN Learning Gains for reading/English Language Arts component will look at students with both a pre-test and a post-test, only including tests on which at least six questions are answered, and will look for a greater percentage in the post-test. The WIN Learning Gains for mathematics component will look at students with both a pre-test and a post-test, only including tests on which at least six questions are answered, and will look for a greater percentage in the post-test. * 4. The data integrity component will look at students that are in the program for at least 40 days for the denominator. If the students have both pre- and post-test data, the student will be included in the numerator. In addition, any student not in the program for at least 40 days who still has data for both tests will be included in the numerator and denominator. * 5. The methodology for calculating a final rating will no longer rely on classification scores. Rather, it will rely on a set of cut scores based on the final percentage of points based on each program type. Do you agree with the proposed language, or do you have an alternative proposal?
