Claim Your ECMC College Nights Scholarship

To claim your scholarship award, please complete the following questions.

Students must be currently enrolled at a college, university, or other postsecondary institution that is approved by the U.S. Department of Education to participate in federal Title IV financial aid programs.

12.Upload evidence of enrollment (document or screenshot) for the term that you want the scholarship funds to be applied.

The document or screenshot (from your college student portal) must include the following items pre-printed (not handwritten):
  • Your first and last name
  • The college or university name
  • The term you are enrolled in (for example: Fall 2026)
Common examples of acceptable documents include:
  • Copy of your class schedule
  • Copy of your tuition bill
  • Enrollment verification form from your college
Note: Acceptance letters and financial aid offers do not qualify as proof of enrollment.(Required.)

Once your request is received, please allow up to four weeks for processing and delivery. The check will be mailed directly to the college address provided.

You will not receive a confirmation or follow-up unless we have a question about your request. If needed, we will contact you via email from collegenights@ecmc.org.

Fall 2026 Term: To align with each college’s financial aid timeline and check processing window, awards are sent in mid-June and typically arrive in July.
