Yamhill Community Action Partnership 2026-2027 Community Needs Survey

.
The purpose of this survey is to better understand the unique needs of Yamhill County. The survey is anonymous. Responses are collected in such a way that does not allow for the identification of individual participants, and every effort has been made to ensure confidentiality.
.
If you would like to share your opinions at a catered listening session in your area, you will be invited at the end of the survey to follow a separate link to provide your name, email, and the city in which you live. This information will not be shared; it will only be used to email you a list of scheduled listening sessions in your area.
