Columbia Heights Corridor Preference Survey

As a part of the 2040 Comprehensive Planning process, the City of Columbia Heights is taking a look at major roadway corridors including Central Avenue, University Avenue and 40th Avenue.  Improved landscaping and sidewalks are envisioned along all of these routes.  Additionally, the Comprehensive Plan is exploring possible redevelopment and reinvestment ideas at a number of major intersections along these corridors.
