Community Health and Wellbeing

We are committed to working together to create a healthier and happier community in the Central Goldfields Region.

Central Goldfields Shire Council, Maryborough District Health Service, Central Victorian Primary Care Partnership, Loddon Mallee Women's Health, The Department of Health and Human Services and Asteria have worked together over the past 6 months looking at what information we already have on the health and wellbeing of our community.

We are excited to provide you with an opportunity to tell us how we can support your health and wellbeing. Your contribution will help us improve our individual and shared planning over the next four years.

This survey will close on the 31st of March 2017.

If you have any questions about the survey, please contact:
