Community Nomination
The Child Friendly Business Awards were established to recognise businesses that provide child and family friendly work or business environments. The award will be presented to up to 20 businesses at a ceremony in 2026.
You can nominate up to 2 businesses on this form. You will need to complete another Survey Monkey nomination for any further businesses you would like to nominate for a Child Friendly Business Award.
Nominations must be made via this Survey Monkey Communities for Children Onkaparinga Child Friendly Business Awards nomination form.
The nomination must be received by Midnight, Sun 22 March 2026 (ACDT).

On successful nomination of a business using Survey Monkey, you will be entered into the draw for the chance to win one of 3 Coles Myer gift cards valued at $50. The winners of the gift cards will be drawn within one week of the final closing date of the Child Friendly Business Awards nomination process using a random number generator, in the presence of a Communities for Children Onkaparinga Child Friendly Business Awards representative.
The winners of the gift cards will be notified by Communities for Children Onkaparinga using their contact details provided at the end of the nomination form.
