We are interested in what you have learned and think about Classroom Champions. We are looking for your feedback on the experience your child has had in the program this year, and value your feedback no matter how familiar you feel that you are.
We will use this survey to better understand our program, its impact, and how to improve it. As a token of our appreciation, we will be drawing for a series of prizes including Classroom Champions wristbands, t-shirts, and even an autographed athlete photo. You will be asked to provide your contact information at the end of the survey, if you would like to enter the draw.
Should you provide contact information it will be removed from the survey before we look at any feedback, so your responses will remain confidential.
