Baldwin Street Lot Survey

The Bridgeville Borough Planning Commission needs your input. Several vacant lots on Baldwin Street will be repurposed into adaptable community spaces for Bridgeville residents to enjoy. Due to their special circumstances (potential flooding), the lots NEED TO BE able to handle this environment.

* 1. Keeping in mind that NO permanent structures are allowed and that occasionally the lots may be covered with standing water, what would you like?

Butterfly & Pollinator Garden - a small park for nature, bees and butterflies

Baldwin Street History Walk - a recognition of the historic significance of Baldwin Street

Community Space - for occasional parking and community functions (i.e. flea markets, farmers markets, entertainment)

Raised Garden Beds - allow residents to utilize raised beds
