The parents and staff members of the District SGC / LCAP Survey Sub-committee created this survey to learn what you think about your and your child's/children's experiences in the Berkeley Unified School District schools. By participating in this survey, you are providing important feedback regarding funded programs and actions designed to meet district goals. This survey is anonymous, and demographic information is asked to make sure all of the community is represented. The survey will take about 15 minutes to complete, and will provide input for the Local Control Accountability Plan as well as funding decisions for each School Plan. The survey opens on February 1 and closes on February 29.  Please submit one survey for each School that your students attend. The survey is set up so that once you have completed the first survey, it will re-start in case you have students at a second or third school.
