Missouri Building Block Picture Awards
Children vote on their one favorite title once they have listened to a minimum of 5 titles.
This program is designed to encourage reading aloud to children from birth through kindergarten age. All votes are submitted to the Missouri Library Association and the book with the highest number of votes becomes the winner of this year's Missouri building Block Award.
