A Broker Open House is a showing of a property for sale targeted to other RLCAR MLS members. A broker’s open house is not for home buyers but is held for brokers to enable them to determine whether a property may be of interest to any of their clients.

A Broker Open House is typically held during the week as opposed to the weekend. The house would be made available on a specific day for a specific period of time for the brokers to come and go at their leisure.
