This is a short survey that provides important information to assist in the management of the water resources within the South Australian Murray-Darling Basin natural resources management region.

Information that you provide in this survey will be collated with information provided by other licensees into a summary of annual water use across each prescribed area, which will be provided back to the community at a later date. 

The information required for this survey relates to your water use from licensed water sources in your prescribed area for the period 1 July 2017 to 30 June 2018, and future plans. To fill out this survey it is useful to have your water licence or the letter/email requesting you to complete this survey in front of you, which lists your licensed water sources and their descriptions, and to have thought about how you use water on your property.

If you did not use water from your licensed source during this period you must still complete this survey.

Annual water use surveys are due to be completed by Friday, 10th August 2018.
