About:

The AMBER Ready program provides a one-day business development workshop and individualized coaching that help you work toward a goals or action items that will help your business grow. Through the intensive guidance and support system, AMBER participants improve their knowledge of critical entrepreneurial skills, enhance their organizational business model, and increase their access to business advancement resources.

The program requires attendance at the one-day workshop on business development, which then provides up to 10 hours of 1:1 business coaching on your own schedule. Generally, you can expect to spend 1-2 hours per week with the coach and work to scale up your business. The workshop is in person and not hybrid; all coaching is virtual. Nonprofit organizations are not eligible for this program. Your business must be located and operating in Montgomery County, Maryland to participate.

The fee for those accepted is $0. The value of the program training and coaching is $2000.
