This survey, by Drs. Bridget Taylor, Linda LeBlanc and Melissa Nosik, is intended to gather information about your experience with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA or BCBA-D) who provided or are currently providing applied behavior analysis (ABA) services for your child. The word "child" is used throughout the survey to indicate the individual who receives treatment. Please replace it with the most appropriate word (e.g., adolescent, adult, or older adult) for your family. Our survey asks about components of the therapeutic relationship that you have had or currently have with a behavior analyst. The term "therapeutic relationship" refers to having a trusting connection and rapport established through collaboration, communication, therapist empathy, compassion, and mutual understanding and respect.
The data collected through this survey are anonymous and will be presented in summary format to help inform our understanding of the skills of behavior analysts in building therapeutic relationships. The survey should take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
If you complete the survey, you will be given the option to enter a drawing for a $50 gift certificate. If you choose to enter the drawing, you will be asked to provide either a phone number or email address where you can be contacted if you are a winner.
