Digital Switchover Satisfaction Questionnaire Survey

The Digital Switchover – Your Home, Your Choice project has now been completed. As part of the work, Castlehill Housing Association (CHA) decommissioned the hardwired community alarm system, upgraded the door entry system and ensured lifts and fire safety equipment were all digitally compliant.

CHA attended your scheme in person and delivered a presentation explaining all the changes and how they might impact you. We carried out a questionnaire and sent written communications in relation to the work carried out at your scheme.

CHA staff offered help and guidance to tenants who wanted to apply for Digital Community alarms from the local authority and gave information in relation to your other options that are available on the market.
