1. Mindfulness Meditation Survey

We would greatly appreciate just a minute of your time to answer a few short questions to learn more from the membership of the Portland Mindfulness Meetup group. We've been having weekly meetings on Monday for about two years now, with the occasional other meeting from time to time. We'd like to know more about your interests and background to help us plan how we can continue to integrate your values and interests into our group.
