Thank you for your interests in participating in Gladstone's Goblin Gathering! The event is set to run from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Friday, October 31st on Portland Avenue from Arlington to Exeter Streets.

If your business or organization would like to participate, please complete the information below.

Please note the following:
  • The event is intended for candy and treat distribution only and is not intended for the sale of items. Flyers containing business information is encouraged.
  • We are limiting booth hosts to candy and/or quick giveaways as we are unable to facilitate food vendors.
  • To keep this event child-friendly and welcoming for all, no political campaign materials or religious proselytizing will be allowed.
  • Due to the number of visitors, booth hosts are encouraged to limit the time needed for planned activities and games to encourage fluid movement throughout the event.
There is no registration fee for this event. Please register by October 24th to guarantee a space.

According to follow-up information received from past years, roughly 1,500 children come through the event.
