Training Track Identification Tool

FOR BEST RESULTS, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

PURPOSE: This is an enterprise tool to help you, your supervisor, and your contract professional choose a training track that best supports your role and responsibilities.

ALWAYS: Involve your supervisor AND contract professional when choosing a training track.

REMEMBER: You are not required to use this tool in determining which training track to take. Your agency may have their own framework for measuring contract risk.

THE PROGRAM: There are three training tracks and Contract Management 102 is the prerequisite for all three.
- Contract Management 201 is for those managing low-risk contracts.
- Contract Management 301 is for those managing medium-risk contracts.
- Contract Management 401 is for those managing high-risk contracts.

It is recognized that “low-risk,” “medium-risk,” and “high-risk” can be oversimplified labels for the complex, government contract world in which you work.

THE DATA: Information entered is anonymous and takes about three minutes to complete.

INSTRUCTIONS: Think about the highest-risk contract you manage and apply it to the following 10 questions. You can change your answers anytime before selecting the "View Results" button at the end of the survey.
