Should the Antelope Valley covenants of record be enforced?(The covenants of record are the original covenants from the formation of the subdivision in the late 1970's) Yes No Question Title * 5. How familiar are you with the covenants of record for Antelope Valley? Very familiar - I've read them many times and understand them Somewhat familiar - I know where a copy is and I've read them before Not familiar - I've never looked through the current covenants, but I am aware there are covenants I didn't know we had covenants Question Title * 6. How would you rate the code enforcement by the City of Gillette? (Code enforcement is different than covenant enforcement, the city enforces building codes and city ordinances) Excellent - the City is doing a great job working to keep our neighborhood stay looking clean and well kept. Good - the City is trying to keep our neighborhood looking clean and well kept. Neutral - the City could do more but it's not too bad Bad - the City needs to do more to help our neighborhood look clean and well kept. The Worst - I'm not sure the City is doing anything.
