To provide a more tailored approach to identify the best approach. programs that may assist the HOA and individual owners, we request all unit owners to fill out the survey and submit it. The result of this survey is a key step in developing a plan for the complex to stabilize, rehab, or repair the overall property and your condo unit (s), as it is appropriate.
 
This will take about 15 minutes to complete.  The results will remain confidential. We will only share information in the aggregate which will omit names and unit information.   IF YOU OWN MORE THAN ONE (1) UNIT FILL OUT A SURVEY PER UNIT.
