* 1. Shalom! Please take a few minutes to help evaluate this year's High Holy Days (HHD) Services while they remain "fresh" in your memory. Please let us know what you liked and/or what you did not like. Your comments on the form below will help us determine what was successful, as well as those areas that need improvement for next year.  No need to comment on everything. We provided a list simply to stimulate your recall.

We'd especially appreciate feedback on  events and questions marked with ** because they are new or revised this year and may reflect changes in the services or other details.  If you attended either/both HHD  Beit services (Questions 5-H-1 to 4)  and/or  Youth Programs and Family Tent services (Question 6), your responses will  be especially appreciated.

To help plan next year's High Holy Days, please call the office at 301-498-5151 and tell them you would like to volunteer for the 2020 High Holy Days Committee.
